Description
A delicious and easy-to-make casserole combining chicken, bacon, ranch, and tater tots for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (32 oz) package frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half the tater tots in a greased baking dish.
- Spread shredded chicken and half the bacon over the tater tots.
- Pour half the ranch mixture over the top.
- Repeat layers with remaining tater tots, chicken, bacon, and ranch mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Substitute turkey bacon for a lighter version.
- Add diced jalapeños for extra spice.
