Description

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole combining chicken, bacon, ranch, and tater tots for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (32 oz) package frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half the tater tots in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread shredded chicken and half the bacon over the tater tots.
  5. Pour half the ranch mixture over the top.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining tater tots, chicken, bacon, and ranch mixture.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
