Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Remove chicken from pan and slice into strips.

  8. Fold tortillas into burritos.
