Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Season with cumin, paprika, and salt.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds.
