Description

A quick and healthy chicken crunch wrap packed with protein and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 100g)
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Spread Greek yogurt on the tortilla.
  4. Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the wrap for 2 minutes per side.
  7. Slice in half and serve.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Add avocado for extra creaminess.
