Description
A quick and healthy chicken crunch wrap packed with protein and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 100g)
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spread Greek yogurt on the tortilla.
- Layer chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the wrap for 2 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add avocado for extra creaminess.
- Swap Greek yogurt for sour cream if preferred.
