Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups whole wheat bread cubes
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté celery and onion until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, thyme, sage, pepper, and salt.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
