Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken and vegetables on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
