Description

A healthy and flavorful flank steak marinated in chili and lime, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  5. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
