Description
A healthy and flavorful flank steak marinated in chili and lime, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve and enjoy.

- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Slice steak thinly for tender bites.
- Adjust chili powder for more or less heat.
