A quick and healthy stir-fry dish featuring tender chicken and crisp broccoli in a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to thicken the sauce.
- Cook for 2 more minutes, then serve.
Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
