Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli.
  8. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to thicken the sauce.
  9. Cook for 2 more minutes, then serve.
