Healthy no-bake protein balls with chocolate, almond, and coconut flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- For vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey.
