Healthy no-bake protein snacks packed with chocolate, peanut butter, and oats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey.
