Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
