Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each ravioli in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush ravioli with olive oil.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with warm marinara sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh ravioli if preferred, but reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
