Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz lean beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup low-fat provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
