Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, yogurt, egg, and olive oil. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead lightly, then shape into a round loaf.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh shredded cheese for better melt.
- For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or sun-dried tomatoes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
