Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  3. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, yogurt, egg, and olive oil. Stir until dough forms.
  4. Knead lightly, then shape into a round loaf.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing.
