Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes until flavors combine.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
