Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip shrimp and mushrooms in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Mix Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and dill to make the dip.
