Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
