A simple, healthy dump-and-bake meatball casserole packed with flavor. Perfect for a festive Christmas dinner without the fuss.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place in a baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over meatballs.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
