Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken cutlets
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Season chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Top each cutlet with fresh basil leaves and tomato slices.
- Add a spoonful of burrata cheese on top before serving.
