Description
A festive and healthy jam made with seasonal fruits, perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, apples, pomegranate seeds, and orange juice in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until fruits soften, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Store in airtight jars.

- Use fresh or frozen cranberries.
- Adjust honey to taste.
