Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add honey, applesauce, and coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in walnuts and raisins.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
