  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add honey, applesauce, and coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
