Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft. Set aside.
- Cook the ribeye steak in the same pan until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into strips.
- Layer steak, onions, peppers, and cheeses on each strip.
- Roll the dough into breadsticks and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use freshly sliced steak for best results.
- You can substitute provolone with cheddar if preferred.
