A fresh and healthy Christmas salad packed with seasonal ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup diced apples
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry mixed greens.
- Combine greens, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, feta, and apples in a bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
