Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Substitute almond milk with any plant-based milk.
