A fresh and flavorful Italian pasta salad with pepperoni, perfect for a quick meal or side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, pepperoni, mozzarella, and red onion.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing and olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Add fresh basil for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
