Healthy Cloud Bread is a light, fluffy, and keto-friendly alternative to traditional bread. It’s low in carbs and perfect for sandwiches or toast.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Mix egg yolks with cream cheese, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
- Gently fold yolk mixture into egg whites.
- Scoop batter onto baking sheet in small rounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
