Description

Healthy cookies made without sugar or flour. Perfect for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed flour.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
