Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed flour.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
