Ingredients
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread mustard and mayonnaise on each slice of rye bread.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
