Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook crab cakes for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
