Ingredients

  • 1 loaf whole wheat baguette
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, cooked
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick rounds.
