Ingredients
- 1 loaf whole wheat baguette
- 1/2 cup crab meat, cooked
- 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the mixture evenly onto each bread slice.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
