Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken, cooked pasta, and half the cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
