A creamy and flavorful pasta bake with shredded chicken, cheese, and bacon. This dish is easy to prepare and perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, cooked pasta, and half the cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
- For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños or green onions.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
