Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine cranberries and water in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes until cranberries burst.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract all juice. Discard solids.
- Stir honey into the warm cranberry juice until dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Add orange juice and lime juice to the cranberry mixture.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the cranberry mixture over ice, filling each glass halfway.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
