Description
A light and refreshing cranberry fluff salad perfect for Thanksgiving. This healthy version uses fresh ingredients and less sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Rinse and chop cranberries finely.
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt and honey until smooth.
- Add cranberries, apples, and walnuts. Stir well.
- Fold in marshmallows gently.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Use unsweetened yogurt for fewer calories.
