- 1 tbsp lemon zest (for lemon flavor)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, butter, and erythritol in a bowl until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
- Add cocoa powder to one part, cinnamon to another, and lemon zest to the third.
- Mix each flavor separately until well combined.
- Scoop small portions and shape into balls or use a mold.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
