A creamy and spicy dip combining cream cheese and jalapeños for a flavorful appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (seeds removed for milder heat)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For extra heat, keep some jalapeño seeds in the mix.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
