Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-fat cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add garlic and ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms, salt, pepper, and thyme, cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
