A quick and healthy one-pan meal featuring tender beef, creamy ranch sauce, and sweet corn over bowtie pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add sweet corn and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Reduce heat to low. Mix in ranch dressing and sour cream.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and parsley before serving.

- Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter option.
