A delicious and healthy creamy shrimp and parmesan ravioli dish that’s quick to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz parmesan ravioli
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
