Description
A delicious and healthy creamy sun-dried tomato chicken ravioli dish that’s easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 12 oz cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked ravioli, Parmesan cheese, and dried basil. Mix gently.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh basil if available for better flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
