A simple and healthy way to enjoy crispy baked potatoes using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
