Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
