Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, corn, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
