Description
A delicious and healthy twist on classic chicken Alfredo, made crispy in the air fryer with a cheesy filling.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package pre-made pizza dough
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Mix chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Spoon filling onto one half of each dough square.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Serve with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
