Ingredients
- 2 large red onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sliced onions with olive oil, harissa paste, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread onions evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm.
