Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils (soaked overnight)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain and rinse the soaked lentils thoroughly.
- Blend the lentils into a smooth paste with a little water.
- Mix in olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cumin.
- Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Let cool before breaking into chips.
