Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss potato slices in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
- Layer potato slices in a muffin tin, sprinkling Parmesan between layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
