Description

Crispy potato and cheese bombs coated in garlic butter for a delicious snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape into small balls and dip in beaten egg.
  4. Coat with breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Melt butter with garlic in a pan and drizzle over the potato bombs.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
