Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup light ranch dressing
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Place halved baby potatoes in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For crispier bacon, add it just before serving.
