Description
A healthy banana bread recipe made in a crock pot. It’s moist, flavorful, and packed with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Grease the crock pot or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the crock pot.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
- Check doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it’s ready.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
