A healthy twist on the classic Christmas crack recipe, made in a crock pot for easy preparation.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted almonds
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almonds, cashews, and peanuts in the crock pot.
- Add dark chocolate chips, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Use a double boiler if you don’t have a crock pot.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing honey if desired.
